5Rhythms Waves class. All levels of experience welcome. Class is taught in Finnish with translation into English when needed (please come see me at the start of the class to let me know you need translation).Book your place in the class in advance here. A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
