DESCRIPTION
5Rhythms Waves class. If the COVID situation allows, this class will be taught in-person, but with a closed group and very limited participants (no drop-in possibility, preregistration for the whole series is required).All levels of experience welcome. Class is taught in Finnish with translation into English when needed (please come see me at the start of the class to let me know you need translation).
The dance space has a sprung floor built for dancing as well as a good ventilation system.
Guidelines for live in-person classes:
* ONLY come to class if you are fully healthy. If you have any flu-like symptoms or a cough, stay at home.
* Avoid physical contact and keep a safe distance to other dancers.
* Please wash your hands before and after the class.
