Outdoor Pop Up Dance & Moving PrayerMondays, 4:30 – 6:00 PM
This event will be held rain or shine in select outdoor locations on the west side of Vancouver.
The address of the location will be emailed to you the day before the class.
Moving with bare feet, I feel the earth below me.
Opening my body to the sky, I expand towards the sun.
I center in my human dance, resting in presence and the light of my awareness.
Join me for conscious movement, breath & mindfulness practices, and community connection.
DJ'ed music will be part of the offering — yet more importantly, the invitation will be to attune to oneself, each other and the land.
