Created by Gabrielle Roth and practiced by tens of thousands worldwide, 5Rhythms®️ is a philosophy, perspective, performance art and a dynamic movement practice rooted in the principle that if you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself. Movement is both the medicine and the metaphor, reaching across all languages, cultures and age groups to transform suffering into art, art into awareness, and awareness into action. THE VENUE:

SW8 2TJ- But use SW8 2TH for Griffin Bell.The golden gate to enter the class is located just beyond the pub's outside sitting area.
The school has two premises either side of Wyvil Road.
Please use the golden gate NEXT TO THE GRIFFIN BELLE hotel&pub to enter the class.
And there are two other golden gates across the road leading to another premise- they are not in use for this event .

or 6 mins from Nine Elms station
car parking available on Wyvil road.
