DESCRIPTION
A committed series over 5 weeks. Join a group gathering to dance 2-hour immersions focussing on each of the 5Rhythms. You can join mid-stream, and if you can't make all dates, get in touch with me and we'll set you up. Register at mcfoss@telus.net or call me at 250-715-1501. Cost is $65. I'll run another five-session series in November and December. If you register for both, the cost goes down to $60 for each series.NOTES
Providence Farm Chapel is a beautiful space in a heritage building with a soft old-growth fir floor and a perfect embrace for a committed group, nestled within a therapeutic farm community, at the base of sacred Mount Tzouhalem. Parking is easy. Be sure to wear comfy layers and a water bottle.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
