DESCRIPTION
A closed group that gathers weekly in Bristol on Thursday evenings, to connect and support one another to drop deeper in the dance and expand the experience, comprehension and embodiment of the profound 5Rhythms® map. This term, by popular demand, Rhythm Circle venture again into the 5Rhythms Heartbeat™ map for half of the programme.The Rhythm Circle runs in ‘terms’ of approx 12 weeks. There are currently 40 places – at the beginning of each ‘term’, if anyone drops out, their place will be offered to those on the waiting list (contact Jon via the ‘Get In Touch’ button on the website to join it).

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
