Uma “Onda” é feita com o mínimo de orientação. O movimento é entendido como uma prática de meditação em movimento.
Iniciantes são sempre bem-vindos. Nenhuma experiência de dança é necessária - apenas a vontade de se mover para onde a música o levar.
A Onda é um momento de conexão consigo. Não é permitido o uso de telefones celulares. A prática é feita em silêncio.
