WHAT IS 5RHYTHMS®?5Rhythms is a free style dance inviting children to discover their own movement, creativity, expression and confidence. Dancing through the rhythms of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness brings children to a deeper connection to their bodies and to others. 5Rhythms offers children the full spectrum of movement and dance for physical development, expression and creativity.
NOTES
This is a free taster class for children aged 5+. Parents are welcome to join! On this day we will discuss the future of this class to become monthly, weekly or term related. Feel free to express your wishes.
