5Rhythms Ecstatic Dance St.Albans is a welcoming and dynamic conscious dance community who have been dancing 5Rhythms for many years.

Whether you're an experienced dancer or have never set foot on a dance floor, 5Rhythms offers a welcoming space for you to explore and embrace your body's natural rhythms, unlock your creativity, and experience the joy of free movement. It's an invitation to dance your way into a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.

Please arrive 6:45pm for a 7:00pm start

Class time: 7:00pm - 9:30pm

There is a small car park.
