Container: The Listening Body

Each week, we'll gather online to move - not to perform, not to get it "right," but to listen. 

To what the body is holding. 

To what wants to be released. 

To what's asking to rise and move through.

This is an open space. 

No fixed curriculum, no perfect way to show up - just a weekly invitation to arrive as you are, connect with others on the same path, and let the 5Rhythms map/cosmology to guide you back into your body.
