"Dancing Home"
South London Dance Community is a dance community, bringing together a collective of 5Rhythm teachers, that teach weekly. I feel privileged to be teaching the 5Rhythms within this dance community.
Come dance Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms map: flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness.
Using this dynamic movement practice, we will keep finding ways of moving: receiving, re-energising, releasing, reshaping and renewing ways of being with ourselves, another, the group and Be-ing in this web of moving together.
Coming back to your breath. Back to your body. Back to Be-ing YOU.
Come as you are. To move alone, together, encouraging each other to 'bring ourselves home'.
