DESCRIPTION

Candle-lit 5Rhythms dance overlooking Somerville's Union Square, resetting and connecting heart, body, mind, and soul.

Join us and let the music be your guide through the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness - in an accessible dance and movement practice to facilitate deep, unending explorations, moving the dancer beyond self-imposed limitations and isolation into new depths of creativity and connection.

All are welcome. Bring water and wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move.
