Dancing 5Rhythms together in nature! We are delighted to return to our beautiful garden space for outdoor 5Rhythms dancing through the summer months, for one final season in the backyard.

After dancing, you are invited to stay for an optional communal potluck dinner, shared under the stars.

As SpaceHolder, Joel spins waves and invites you to let the music be your guide through the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness - in an accessible dance and movement practice to facilitate deep and unending explorations, moving the dancer beyond self-imposed limitations and isolation into new depths of creativity and connection.

CLASS LEVEL DETAILS

A 5Rhythms SpaceHolder is mentored closely by a 5Rhythms Teachers Association member. The intention is to create consistent space for self-guided practice in the frontiers of our worldwide tribe. SpaceHolders organize 5Rhythms workshops a few times a year and host their mentor teacher in person or via skype to teach waves Classes. When the teacher is not in town, the SpaceHolder offers 2 5Rhythms Waves compiled in collaboration with their mentor, for students to practice. Read more about our SpaceHolder Mentorship program for communities that do not yet have a certified 5Rhythms teacher.
