A class for beginners and regulars to the practice.Waves format: A warmup - some connecting - and a deeper wave to sink into and letting go of being anything but honest to yourself and genuine in our expression.
Entry: Drop in - $20.-
NOTES
Bring water to hydrate;
bare feet or dancing shoes;
layered clothing to stay warm or cool as necessary;
