Portland 5Rhythms® is offering classes every 2 weeks.                                Everyone is welcome! 

This is a moving practice where we invite and let our body to fully express itself on it's own terms.

We have been dancing together for over 20 years. We love the freedom and depth of the 5Rhythms®.

Cost: Sliding scale $15-20 / class

Class starts at 7pm; we suggest arriving a few minutes early to settle in.

Please make sure to give yourself plenty of time to get there.  

Finding a parking space could be challenging.

If you drive, State Street is a oneway and the church will be on your left.
