DESCRIPTION
These practice classes that are being offered every Tuesday's beginning January 19th, 2016 are apart of the trainee's requirement for completing the 5Rhythms Teacher Training Program. Karen D. Chapman is currently participating in the training path to become a certified 5Rhythms Teacher. Practice Classes support the trainee's growth and development as a 5Rhythms teacher.NOTES
During my practice classes on Tuesday nights, we will deepen our awareness and understanding of the 5Rhythms through motion! Always seeking to find awakening awareness in the body! No dance experience required!

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
