Our regular Liverpool community 5Rhythms class.Classes are on most Mondays, but we don't run classes in Summer, due to the hall being closed.
Beginners are welcome!
Music from 730pm. Class starts at 745pm.
No need to book, payment is at the door ideally with a card (£15, £10 low income)

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
