DESCRIPTION
Välkommen till denna 5Rytmer kurs i Höör på fredagar i höst.Det är samma grupp som ses alla gångerna och detta bjuder in till att skapa en trygg container och bygga en gemenskap som vi kan få stöttning och inspiration av.
Om vädret tillåter tar vi ett tillfälle att dansa i naturen med silent disco lurar.
