Els 5Ritmes® de Gabrielle Roth (Fluid, Staccato, Caos, Líric i Quietud) son formes de ser.

Ballant 5Ritmes, mitjançant les onades de música, els exercicis, la respiració i el moviment lliure, obrim la nostra expressió corporal, mental i espiritual.

Ens arrelem, agafem direcció, trenquem els nostres esquemes, ens reinventem, estem presents.

Traspassem patrons i limitacions, ens sentim alliberades, agraïdes, recarregades, relaxades...

Fem una meditació en moviment.

Practicant 5Ritmes ens obrim a descobrir la saviesa del nostre cos.
