These are periodic classes.

I’m happy to hold a class on the 21st December, the Winter Solstice 🌗

For me, the Solstice is a time to reflect on balance: between our inner and outer realities, between light and darkness, purpose and rest, wisdom and madness, in a world that is constantly changing. In a world where suffering can feel unprecedented, I feel the desire to bring the focus back to the balance that lives within each of us.

Through dance, we will explore how to align body, heart, mind, and soul.

Sono felice di tenere una classe il 21 dicembre, in occasione del Solstizio d’Inverno 🌗

Per me il Solstizio è un tempo di riflessione sull’equilibrio: tra le nostre realtà interiori ed esteriori, tra luce e buio, tra scopo e riposo, tra saggezza e follia, in un mondo in continuo cambiamento. In un mondo in cui la sofferenza può sembrare senza precedenti, sento il desiderio di riportare l’attenzione sull’equilibrio che vive in ognuno di noi.

Attraverso la danza esploreremo come allineare corpo, cuore, mente e anima.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
