DESCRIPTION

We will be moving through the 5 Rhythms, exploring in depth their energy and hidden treasures, letting them teach us their wisdom.

Together again:

We will be feeling, through movement and presence in the body, what the last 3 months have left as a trace, what they have clarified, what they teach us about chaos and our ability to remain present and grounded. Then we will imagine and create tomorrow, together.

The 4 sessions of the week form a continuous exploration. And each one will be different allowing us to dive every evening in a different layer.

No experience needed, everyone welcome. 

Practicals: 

Location: Chaussée de Boondael 218, 1050 Bruxelles

• Tram 7 & 25, stop ‘Roffiaen’

• Tram 94, stop ‘Buyl’

• Bus 71, stop ‘Geo Bernier’

• Train, Etterbeek Station.

Parking possible in the courtyard of the school Chaussée de Boondael 277.

Dates and Timing:

Tuesday June 30th 

and/or Wednesday July 1st (LIVE MUSIC in the WILD, location to be specified later)- COMPULSORY REGISTRATION

and/ or Thursday July 2nd (LIVE MUSIC in the WILD, location to be specified later) - COMPULSORY REGISTRATION

and/ or Friday July 3rd

6pm till 9pm

It is possible to participate in all sessions or come to 3, 2 or 1 session.

Reduced price for the 4 sessions: 70 euros.

Per session: 20 euros for the 3 hours. Payable at the door

If you can't afford to contribute because of loss of income related to the current crisis, a 'suspended wave fund' has been set up in the past weeks for this purpose. Just ask me when you pay to benefit from a half price suspended wave :-) (max 2 half price session per week :-)) . Let's all dance together!
