-A weekly class for your 5Rhythms practice-

Come and dance the 5 Rhythms, a dynamic movement meditation. The 5 Rhythms: flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness, are 5 different movement qualities, together they make a Wave. You dance from the inside out and there are no special moves to learn, you are dancing in the now. It's for all, come as you are!
