DESCRIPTION

MIAMI COMMUNITY!

Some things only find their place when we stop pushing.

It’s this time of the year when we give space to what we’ve lived to find its place within us.

Through the 5Rhythms, we’ll explore what settles when we stop pushing to get somewhere, and what continues to move within the pause — allowing the journey to become part of us.

Come join us as we allow the journey to land.
