DESCRIPTION

This is a monthly class for women. A safe space for women to dance. The class is slightly longer 2 and a half hours so we have more space to connect, share and move together. The class is drop in and open to everyone. You can pay on the door with card or cash.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
