DESCRIPTION
Dancing Thursday instead of Friday this week

We have a weekly open class every Friday night pretty much all year* – see 'Drop-in / Open Classes' on our website for up-to-the-minute details.

No need for any experience, just book and come along – if you are not familiar with the 5 Rhythms (or even if you are!) check out our "The 5 Rhythms" which includes a short video. (Under 'normal' circumstances, at the end of the class, we usually have an informal 'after cafe’, to chill out together over healthy, delicious teas and nibbles.)
*Note: Our open classes are rarely if ever cancelled – if Bernadette is away, we dance with other fabulous teachers – guests have included Alex Mackay, Andrew Holmes, Dawn Morgan, Jean Rankin & Neil Pinnock. Why not join our mailing list and stay up to date with our special nights and guests?

THERE MAY BE NO ADMITTANCE AFTER 8:15pm.
To check everyone in, it is essential that you arrive promptly - and then you also make the most of the warm-up, which is an integral part of the process.

Date transfers are permitted until noon on the day of the class.
