Portland 5Rhythms® is now offering classes every 2 weeks.                            Everyone is welcome! 

This is a moving practice where we invite and let our body to fully express itself on it's own terms.

We have been dancing together for over 20 years. We love the freedom and depth of the 5Rhythms®.
