Two Summer Saturday classes.My intention for these classes is to offer a welcoming space to gather and move together, meeting whatever this summer brings. A place to reconnect with ourselves, each other, and the rhythms of the season through dance, curiosity, and presence.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
