Come along expecting to sweat! We recommend bare feet or non-marking dance shoes, light layered clothing (allowing you to warm up or cool down as may be needed). Please bring a bottle of water so you can stay hydrated (you can refill it at the venue). 

Everyone is welcome, all genders, all orientations, all shapes and sizes, all tribes, regions, countries or planets of origin. This is a strictly drug and alcohol-free space, smoking and inappropriate behaviours are not tolerated. 

This is the same venue for the "Reboot Sundays" 5Rhythms classes with my colleague Catherine Bessin, 5Rhythms Teacher in Training, running on the six Sundays commencing 1st March 2020, at the same time.
