DESCRIPTION
Last class for 2025 on 18th December. (And will then restart on 1st January 2026.)T.W.C (formerly Thursday Waves) is a weekly 5Rhythms class held by Jason Rowe and Community Teachers - Judit Juhasz and Flow Vulk - 8-10pm in the intimate and graceful space of St Luke's Church, London N7 9RE.
Using the dynamic movement practice we will renew and find fresh ways of being with ourselves, with another and in a group. The Wave is a physical practice combining the different energetic rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness.
NOTES
Class & Group guidelines are as follows:
1. We create sacred space together
2. We gather to practice the 5Rhythms
3. We refrain from talking on the dance floor
4. We turn our phones off
5. We are respectful of ourselves, of others and of the space
Doors open at 7.45pm and close at 8.15pm

Price: Sliding scale £20 Inclusion / £16 Standard / £13 Reduced / £11 Concessions.
No prebooking and all payment accepted by card or cash on the door
