Meine Lieben, die Ferien beginnen bald, währenddessen reduzieren wir die Frequenz von 5 Rhythmen auf alle 2Wochen (16.7., 30.7., 13.8.),dann im Ashtanga-Yoga-Center in der Förstereistr.34.
Dance It Out! 5Rythms class are run by Tomasz Szymocha. We will dance out all that is in us and that is hurting us, including things the presence of which we are even unaware of.
Movement is both a cure and a metaphor as it reaches through and above languages, cultures and age groups, transforming: suffering into art, art into awareness and awareness into action. Together means powerful, revolutionary and cosy. 5Rhythms® practice builds a community which sweats out their prayers, supports the necessary change and provides a safe space for everyone who wants to shake their ego and awaken the part of themselves which is unpredictable, full of passion, fascinating, balancing on the edge and missing freedom.
Through movement we will take care of and pay due attention to each part of our bodies. We will listen to our bodies and let them speak in their own dynamic way. We will dance out what is in us, what hurts us and the presence of which we are even unaware of.

As a results of 5Rhythms® you will experience the following:
1. physically, endorphins are released, your mood improves, your blood circulates better, your sweat removes toxins from the body.
2. spiritually, the simple practice becomes a trigger which enables a strong and transformative process: the movement lets the dancers leave the feeling of isolation and go beyond ego; the blood circulating in their veins becomes flaring life energy; the sweat cleans our soul and sanctifies our existence. The movement awakens infinite creativity in us and through the common dance a connection and a sense of unity are made: with the tribe and with the universe.
