Now it’s time to land, breathe, and move.
The Friday Dance is a once-a-month barefoot dance space to release tension, reconnect with yourself, and move in whatever way feels good..for your body, your mood, your nervous system.
Inspired by the 5Rhythms wave, this is a guided musical journey. There's no teaching, no steps to follow. Just a curated soundscape that supports you to drop out of your head and into your body.
You don’t need to be a dancer. You don’t need to feel confident.
You just need to show up and let the music do the rest.
**What to Expect**
🔹 We begin gently giving you time to arrive, breathe, and find your own rhythm.
🔹 The music builds through an arc (Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, Stillness), inviting grounding, expression, release, joy, and rest.
🔹 You’ll be free to move alone or connect with others. Occasionally I offer a short demo or partner invitation—always optional, always respectful.
🔹 We close in stillness, giving your body and heart time to settle before returning to the world.
Most people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more alive.
Whether you move shyly, wildly, or somewhere in between…your dance is welcome here.
No performance. No pressure. Just your body, the beat, and a chance to come home to yourself.
Come as you are. Leave as something else entirely.
