Connection is not a single path-it's a living map that unfolds in layers. In this 3-class 5Rhythms® series, we will explore three essential ways we relate to ourselves and the world around us through movement. 

This is a space for exploration, expression and embodied connection-just as you are.

Each class open a different gateway into connection:

May 3rd ~Elements ~We begin with the foundational forces of nature - earth, water, fire, air and ether. Through movement, we explore how these elements live within us, shaping our energy, emotions, and physical presence. This is a practice of grounding, flow, transformation, and breath.~

June 7th~Animals~From instinct to expression, we enter the wisdom of the animal world. This class invites you to move beyond thinking and into sensing-awakening intuition, play, power, and raw authenticity.

July 26~Being - Body, Heart, Mind, Soul & Spirit~In our final map, we bring it all together. We explore the full spectrum of our being-physical, emotional, mental, and beyond-integrating movement as a way to listen, align, and connect to our deeper essence and spirit.
