In this 5 week series we will explore the rhythms in more detail.

Each week we will focus on one rhythm - Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness - exploring how we move with their qualities on the dance floor and in life.

5Rhythms is a free form conscious dance practice. There are no steps to follow. Discover your own unique dance! 

Come and join me at this new venue for a trial Thursday night class starting with this 5 week series. 

You can commit to all 5 weeks or drop-in for a class.

IMPORTANT: Parking & entrance to the hall is on Allworth St

5 week commitment: $80 / Drop-in weekly rate: $20
