DESCRIPTION

"A bird sitting in a tree is never afraid of the branch breaking because its trust is not in the branch but in its own wings" This is an ongoing group for committed dancers wishing to deepen their practice of 5Rhythms. How many of us have trusted something or someone, only to discover that thing or that person was not deserving of our trust? Were we really in blind faith? How many of us have been shaken to the core by the events of life, when the "branch has broken" beneath us, and found that we need to known how to fly, or at least pick ourselves up and learn how to walk again? 5Rhythms practice can hold us and help us when we need to find our ground and our wings when life shakes us or seems to fail us as it inevitably will. It can offer us ways to make creative responses that are full of joy and meaning for us and empower us to move with grace and love through any inner or outer circumstance. This group is about deepening our trust in life, in the practice and in ourselves.
