The perfect way to enter gracefully into your day through the wisdom of your body and breath! Feel the juiciness of being in this body and listen to what it has to teach you about living fully in the moment. It's always your choice. How will you move into and design your day; your life?? How aware, alive and awake will you be?? How much will you feel, really feel and experience?? It's all there waiting for you.....NOTES

Please park in the small lot across from the Orange Peel , the LaZoom lot to the left of the Co-op, or the Aloft Hotel parking ramp across the street from the Co-op there is a small fee for parking at all of these locations.
*****Do not park in the French Broad Food Co-op upper or lower lots!! They need the spaces for people shopping at the Co-op and they will ticket you.
Extra **** We also share a community breakfast after dance at a local restaurant. Please join us!! It's a great way to dive deeper and build community!

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
