DESCRIPTION
Every Thursday you are invited to come and find your moving center in the center of the city, dance a Wave of your energy in the middle of the crowd on the concrete, find a sanctuary for your busy everyday mind in your body and breath. These open classes are led by local 5Rhythms teachers (Silvija Tomčik, Thierry Francois, Lucija Ana Glagolić, Zdenka Sajko, Enesa Mahić) + visiting teachers.NOTES
You don’t have to register, just show up!!!
Price: 75 Kn. If you bring someone who dances 5Rhyhtms for the first time, both of you pay a reduced price of 60 Kn. Price for students, retired and unemployed is 55 Kn. Work-study team price 25 Kn. Work team participation involves classes for the whole month.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
