Offener Waves-Abend zum Kennenlernen und Vertiefen der 5 Rhythmen®-Bewegungspraxis: Tanzend erforschen wir die 5Rhythmen Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical und Stillness. Vorkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich.
Mitzubringen sind: Lockere Kleidung, Wasser zum Trinken. Wir tanzen barfuß oder in Tanzschuhen.
