What I like about the 5Rhythms is the fact that they are embedded in life. That they are an extension of Life. That the diversity of all five rhythms in a wave encompasses and can meet and welcome all aspects of our lives. That on the dance floor they allow us to practice new approaches to life. That they call us to find our own unique responses to the challenges and joys of life.NOTES
