DESCRIPTION
This class is our community's home-base open practice in the Cowichan Valley. All 15 years and older are invited. In 5Rhythms we support people to join the dance no matter what boundaries may have been experienced elsewhere around perceptions of gender, sexuality, age, "race" or culture, religion, class, injury and illness, size, "fitness", or ability-disability. Know that you are welcome.NOTES

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
