5Rhythms Dance From Home!Wednesdays | 9:00-10:00am PST
This is a facilitated, free-form,
self-led embodiment class,
that ALL are welcome to join.
No experience needed.
$12 CAD per class or $65 for 6 classes
We will dance for about 50 minutes, leaving time at the end for an optional sharing circle.
This space invites you to move and follow your body's impulses and responses to the music.
No steps to learn or beats to count.
This is a Movement Community:
a practice, a meditation, a healing creative self-care,
kick-ass, sweaty release, dump all your BS space for you to do you, 110%.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
