Sometimes as we move through life it feels as effortless and spontaneous as a dance. Other times it really doesn't. By practising the dance of the 5Rhythms, we also practise giving ourselves the freedom to recognise our spontaneity, brilliance and originality and to embody them in our lives.

This is a 5 week course to explore and experience Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms; to find how each of the Rhythms (Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness) relates to your own body, your own dance and your own life.

Whether you're encountering 5Rhythms for the first time, or you've been dancing for years, there's a place for you on this course. Whether you feel fit or unfit, shy or confident, free or frozen, you are welcome on this dancefloor.
