Steffi Paepcke invites you to step into the healing rhythm of your body, heart, and soul through 5Rhythms® moving meditation. We offer a safe, supportive, space for you to move with and through what is present. This immersive experience offers a chance to deepen your connection to body, heart, and spirit.

NOTAS

To make the dance financially accessible, free entry is offered to volunteers. We also offer sliding scale fees:

$20 - discounted for those in need of financial support
$25 - covers the cost of the class
$30 - helps sustain the class

Online registration: credit only, includes a 4.5% transaction fee.

At the door: Venmo/Zelle (preferred) & cash accepted

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
