"I accidentally got hooked on 5Rhythms. I joined a workshop held in Warsaw in 2000 because a friend who was staying at my place signed up for it. It turned out to be a really important event in my life. There were moments on that dance floor when I felt so free and connected—which was rare for me back then—and that changed my perspective on how I could BE in my life. Yet, sitting in the closing circle after that workshop, I wouldn't have imagined that a couple of years later I would move to London to follow that fascination. I lived in London for nearly 20 years, and now I'm in transition and moving back to Poland. I intend to teach in Poland and continue teaching internationally. Before moving to the UK, I earned an MA in Arts and completed the Academy of Alternative Psychology. During my years in London, I continued exploring different healing and self-development modalities. I've been interested in energy work, and in recent years, especially in Energy Medicine Biofield Tuning and Human Design. I've been, and probably always will be, a curious life explorer, and I weave this flavor of openness and wonder into my teachings."
