Deeper FlowState is our Saturday night Sweat in Watertown - your monthly opportunity to drop deeper and dance harder with FlowState 5Rhythms.

A 5Rhythms® Sweat is a 2 hrs session. We start with a warm-up, then a brief introduction of the 5Rhythms, followed by a lightly guided Wave.

Through the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness, experience an accessible dance and movement practice to facilitate deep and unending explorations, moving beyond self-imposed limitations and isolation into new depths of creativity and connection. All are welcome.

This Sweat is offered as part of the 5Rhythms Teacher Training mentorship program. Joel Stanley, Teacher in Training, is mentored by Kierra Foster-Ba.
