Step into a transformative 5-week online adventure with Miranda and Nina. Each week, we’ll journey through the gateways of the body, unlocking the elemental magic they hold. Guided by movement and the flow of 5Rhythms, we’ll awaken each gateway, connecting body, spirit, and the elemental world. Come explore, move, and be.GMT 2pm - 3:30pm

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
