An Ongoing series of independent modules. Each weekend will have 5 Rhythms dance and other artistic modes of expression such as painting and writing to explore specific themes.What do I want with my life right now? To find the door to what I truly Enjoy and my ability to act from Joy so I can be the Creator of my life.
Creativity in Acceptance and Joy When I find what feels right and true for me now I have also found some aspect of my own unique individuality, my own creativity as it comes through me now, and what I create becomes inspired and joyful. How can I do/dare to let this get more space in my life in the time to come?

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
