An Ongoing series of independent modules. Each weekend will have 5 Rhythms dance and other artistic modes of expression such as painting and writing to explore specific themes.What do I want with my life right now? To find the door to what I truly Enjoy and my ability to act from Joy so I can be the Creator of my life.
Exöloring and Empowerment To investigate my desire and will, to give it expression and to ground, confirm and allow my desire and will to manifest in relevant ways.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
