DESCRIPCION
As more intimate we can be with our body and its movements, we are creating a good ground for intimacy with our heart, and its movements. First we turn towards our own heart, moving with all what we find there, and building strong intimacy with our emotional self. On this workshop, the invitation is to find the intimacy with our fear of being our own true self, vulnerable and strong and exploring how is that affecting our meeting with another soul. Moving from “what will happen if I , what will happen if you, what will you think and what will I do, and who knows what could happen…” into being comfortable and surrendering to the unknown between two of us.“Intimacy is an open path, a bridge between my heart and yours. Prerequisites : 30 hours of Waves classes
This Ongoing Trilogy counts as 25 hours of Waves level and 20 hours of Heartbeat level towards the Teacher Training.
These 3 modules begin on Friday evening and end on Sunday afternoon.
Prices: Full price is 110 per module. If you apply online by 20th of February 2016, early booking price per module is 90 EUR!! Working team price is 70 EUR per module.
Applications are necessary, with 50 EUR deposit. The amount of the deposit is subtracted from the last module payment. In case you are unable to participate in one or more modules, for whatever reason, you will have to pay 70% of your price for that module/s.

WORKSHOP NIVEL
In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
