I am a 5Rhythms teacher in training based in London, UK. I am mentored by Ray Diaz and Stuart Philips.
I am passionate about exploring the meeting point between the feminine and masculine, intimacy and freedom, strength and vulnerability and I invite dancers to step beyond conditioning, into a more alive and courageous way of being and relating. I care about people and the stories that have shaped them - I believe that we carry all our history within our bones and our fascia, our emotional body and our physical- allowing the dance to give shape and movement to all that we know and don’t know about ourselves creates freedom and release. Thus we are able to write and create new stories that support our growth.
I feel eternally grateful to be part of a global tribe of dancers, movers and body lovers.
A deep holy longing led me to the 5Rhythms 11 years ago and I have since devoted myself to the practice and returned to the wisdom of my body over and over again, through life’s seasons and initiations.
It has been my anchor, my medicine and great love. I have reclaimed many wild, exiled and hidden parts of myself through practicing the 5Rhythms, which consequently have made me feel more integrated and whole as a woman, able to move through the world with more confidence, vitality and a sense of agency.
My teaching style is embodied, passionate and honest.
