Hello, my name is Peter Seidl and I’m based in Berlin, Germany. I’m a 5Rhythms® Teacher in Training, mentored by Ray Diaz and Stuart Phillips.
About ten years ago, a good friend invited me to my first 5Rhythms® class, and I fell in love with the practice right away. Something about it felt deeply familiar. It offered me a way to come back to my body, to deepen my connection with myself and to be more authentically who I am. Over the years, 5Rhythms® has helped me meet stress with greater awareness and has brought more ease, vitality, and aliveness into my life. What touches me most about this practice is the sense of belonging and the community it creates. I feel grateful to be part of a global community of movers from all around the world.
As a queer man, I care deeply about spaces where people can fully be themselves. I want to offer a space where difference is welcome and nobody has to pretend or fit in. When I teach, I bring clarity and support so that people can discover their own way into movement.
My facilitation is also shaped by my BISO training in Belgium and Ireland (www.bodyinsoul.be), as well as by my ongoing Gestalt therapy training (www.iggberlin.de). Both continue to influence how I work with presence, relationship, and the courage to stay with whatever arises in the practice.
